The « Junior* » top body is made of veneer glued on plywood.
So in some ways, the top will be the same as her two sisters, « Deluxe » and « The Red Special ».

Body : Solid Mahogany or Maple Body, with Acoustic chambers / Plywood top, with Finest veneers, bound with white binding / Electrical cavities, shielded with conductive paint.

Neck : Original neck size, built with quartersawn South American Mahogany or Maple / Fitted with Double action truss rod / Oak fretboard 7.25 inch radius / Black painted and Polyurethane clear coated / Frets Jumbo size / brown Bakelite or white Tusq nut / Schaller M6 locking tuners, with Schaller current pearloid buttons.

Finish : Stained wood and Polyurethane clear coated.

Bridge : Original style Aluminium unit, made of 6 blocks and Rollers, screwed in brass inserts.

Tremolo : Original style Tremolo unit, articulated on a steel Knife edge, with two springs.

Electronic : Dansan modified Kent Armstrong pickups, to the Red Special specs / CTS potentiometers 250K / MKT capacitor 0.033µF / Switches Switchcraft 3 x on-off & 3 x phase.
